Which BlessBNB home fits our family?
Depends on your group's size. Warren (San Antonio) sleeps up to 18, 13th Ave (Palmetto) currently sleeps up to 16, and Lincoln (Bradenton) sleeps up to 12 -- our three largest homes for a family reunion. Great Oaks Estate, Genesee, and Old Arbor fit smaller groups, from 8 up to 12.
Is this different from a regular vacation rental?
Yes. You get one private, self-catered house the whole family shares, not a block of separate hotel rooms or a rental split by unit.
How many people can each home actually sleep?
Warren sleeps up to 18, 13th Ave currently sleeps up to 16 (its listed ceiling, not a fixed guarantee), Lincoln sleeps up to 12, and Great Oaks Estate, Genesee, and Old Arbor each fit 8 to 12.
Our family is bigger than any one house. Can we book more than one?
Message us with your group's real size and dates and we'll help you figure out the best fit across our homes. It isn't a guaranteed multi-property package, but we're glad to help you plan it out.

BlessBNB homes are in San Antonio, TX and across Bradenton, Palmetto, Sarasota, and West Palm Beach, FL.
